I am looking to build 2 villas, however for them both to fit, there is a slight over hang into the buffer zone, is this likely to be approved?
Yes we will work with you to get this approved.
Will the roof be on an angle for rain run off?
Yes and we will have ability to capture rainwater.
Can I upgrade to an infinity pool? If so how much?
We cannot do any modifications to designs, building infitity pools requires a lot more structural engineering that will increase the cost significantly.
Is there a discount if I build a 2 bed and Studio Villa?
We will look at volume discounts.
What if I own a lot in Stage 2, am I still entitled to the 20% discount if I pay my deposit now?
Yes.
Is finance available? If so what are the terms?
Not at this stage. We may in the future be able to offer this.
What percentage is the deposit to be paid by May for the Owner discount?
15k Commitment deposit and balance within 30 days.
Is the deposit different if you are a Stage 2 owner?
We can manufacture the villa now and flat pack it and put in shipping container
What is the Villa payment plan for Stage 1 and 2 Owners?
Villas can be manufactured, flat packed and stored. Payment plans are the same at this point in time.
If I want to buy and build a Studio villa now and add a 2 bed villa later what will the additional site works be?
This can be evaluated to ensure we get economies of scale.
Considering the site works are based on the plot size would this be one fee despite if you build a 2 bed and 1 bed?

The upgrades for Doors/Windows, glazing, solar panels and rainwater are the same price for Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom Villa? Would the Studio/One Bed be less given its smaller?

Can you help me understand why the Serangan pre fab villas are more expensive than a Luxury Surf Villa with land in SSR?
Land size m2 is LSVs are much smaller. Like for like the SPC Villas are cheaper

We have a long track record of delivering villas. We do not pool client funds for construction and have strong management systems.
